Psychological Case Coordination
Each Moving Minds psychological case coordinator is a psychology graduate and many have completed additional post graduate qualifications in other areas such as child psychology, forensic psychology and health psychology. Extensive and regular in-house training ensures that our case managers have a broad and current understanding of the difficulties experienced by our clients and the most effective treatments available.
This knowledge and experience enables our case coordinators to identify potential difficulties in cases at an early stage. Early identification and resolution of difficulties is essential in the smooth running of treatment and prevents cases losing focus. Case coordinators will provide regular updates regarding treatment and will bring any difficulties encountered to your attention promptly, offering solutions to achieve satisfactory resolution for all. This means that potential barriers to treatment are overcome efficiently and delays in cases are avoided.
From a client’s perspective, psychological case co ordinators are perfectly placed to provide the support and encouragement many require throughout their treatment. Clients are able to discuss any questions or concerns they have so that reassurance can be provided and treatment completed. Our Case Coordination Products
Telephone triages are conducted by case coordinators. The advantage of this is that if the case is referred for treatment the same case coordinator will manage the person's care resulting in an integrated effective approach. This is appreciated by clients/claimants.
